Delightful Afternoon in the Forest

We were there for about an hour and a half, maybe more, but I could have easily stayed twice as long. Even more than usual, on this gray and drizzly afternoon, my forest  didn’t let me down. As always she opened her arms and offered a perfect refuge from my phones, my computers and  all other real and imagined responsibilities waiting for me at home. And even more than usual, she was sweet-smelling, peaceful and therapeutic!

We are so lucky to have her “in our backyard” just waiting for us to appreciate her beauty.
