Flashes of Oriole Orange

They are so busy — courting, and duelling, and re-fuelling at my feeder. And if all goes well, they will breed and raise their families in my trees. Or in my neighbours’ trees.

And then in a flash they are gone. Their visit here is short. That’s why I get up close and personal as often as possible. Before it’s too late.
